Old building treasures for owner-occupiers and investors
In order to restore the building to its former glory, the apartments are sold in their current condition together with a defined refurbishment concept for the common property (e.g. facades, stairwells, heating system, technology) – the latest structural and technical standards form the basis for this.
The resulting homeowners’ association has already partially implemented a number of measures to improve the living environment. The many houses from the Wilhelminian era and the beautiful old trees make life here very pleasant. It takes just three minutes to walk to the Spree, about five minutes on foot to the Kleiner Tiergarten and Turmstraße subway station, from where you can reach the magnificent Kurfürstendamm boulevard in ten minutes on the U9.
Alexanderplatz can also be reached in around 25 minutes by subway. In the immediate vicinity of Jagowstraße 27 is the main street Alt-Moabit with its numerous shopping facilities and restaurants.
