Old building treasures for owner-occupiers and investors
In order to restore the building to its former glory, the apartments are sold in their current condition together with a defined refurbishment concept for the common property (e.g. facades, stairwells, heating system, technology) – the latest structural and technical standards form the basis for this.
The resulting homeowners’ association has already partially implemented a number of measures to improve the living environment. It takes just three minutes to walk to the Spree, about five minutes on foot to the Kleiner Tiergarten and Turmstraße subway station, from where you can reach the magnificent Kurfürstendamm boulevard in ten minutes on the U9.
