The Executive Board

As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Maik Schmidl is responsible for finance, controlling, human resources and technical real estate development. With his holistic approach to the economic orientation of FORTIS Real Estate Investment AG, he ensures the company's optimal and sustainable strategy. Among other things, he will oversee the equity and debt financing measures as well as the economic strategy planning and optimization of the operating business.
His vision: "The development of an attractive and affordable offer for private individuals who can lay the foundation for security in old age with a condominium in Berlin ."


Marco Mendler
Marco Mendler represents Fortis as a member of the Executive Board (COO). He has been working in the real estate industry since 1995 and has an excellent network. With his many years of extensive experience, he is responsible for the areas of investment, asset and portfolio management, product development, marketing and sales.
His personal guiding principle: "I set a disciplined example of the sustainable success I want to achieve and take my employees and partners with me on the journey, without neglecting care."
